REFUNDS

In today’s online shopping market, we believe transparency should be the highest regarded customer value. That’s why we’ve clearly outlined all of our store policies below. Feel free to reach out with questions.

Many of ThreeSixty's products are handmade and ineligible for refunds as all sales are final. 

 

For Welcome Mats, all sales are final with no exceptions.

You are eligible for a full refund if you contact us within 2 business days to cancel your order. Orders may not be refunded after this due to time, resources, and labor used to create your products. 

However, if you receive a product that has been broken in the mail, please email info@threesixtyhomegoods.com with information about this broken product i.e. pictures and / or videos that show the broken item and we will work with you to get the same or similar product, or a full refund - one or the other. 

We are a small business and will always do the very best we can to be customer centric.
